We aim to despatch all in stock items within 10 working days of orders being placed, unless otherwise stated or if your order includes a pre-order item.
For new releases and pre-order items, please check the estimated shipping timeframe which is included in the product information. If we expect fulfilment to take longer than the stated time period, you will be notified.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time.
All products are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given or exchange provided as reasonable.
Orders containing pre-order items and in stock items will ship at the same time, when the pre-order item becomes available. If in stock items are required sooner, orders must be placed separately.
All U.K. orders are despatched using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 48 service. In some instances, we may send out orders using DHL, UPS and Parcelforce.
International Orders will vary depending on the option chosen at checkout.
Where possible, once your order has been despatched, we will update tracking numbers with your despatch confirmation email. If this is not provided, tracking numbers are available on request by contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If ordering multiple items that require shipping separately, we will ship the items using the lowest priced tracked service for your country. If you wish to specify different shipping services, please place poster orders separately from merchandise (pins, coins, t-shirts, small art prints).

Changes Of Address
Any changes of address must be made by notifying us via our “Contact Us” forms on our website here - https://vice-press.com/community/contact.
Addresses amended or added via the customer account portal will not change addresses on current orders.
It is a customers responsibility to notify of any address changes with sufficient time to adjust prior to shipping.
Returned Items and Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful and packages are returned to sender, we will not refund postage charges in this situation and additional redelivery costs will apply.
Missing Items and Non Receipt of Goods
Please report missing items and non receipt of goods within the following timescales.
- Royal Mail - 5 working days
- Parcelforce - 5 working days
- DHL - 5 working days
- UPS - 5 working days
- Royal Mail - 32 working days
- Parcelforce - 32 working days
- DHL - 10 working days
- UPS - 10 working days
Any items reported undelivered or missing after the above time frame may result in us being unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Customs and VAT
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the U.K by Vice Press ltd. We will charge VAT at the point of sale for customers based in the U.K. and European Union for orders under 150 EURO.
All other international orders, and European Union orders over 150 EURO, are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that any import costs, such as customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot provide refunds on items returned to us due to non-payment of import costs or refused delivery.
Please note, it is not unusual for items to take up to 20 working days to clear customs.
If ordering more than one item, we reserve the right to ship separately and additional shipping fees may be required.
On request we may combine shipping on multiple orders, but all request are at our discretion. Timed-editions cannot be combined with any outstanding or newly placed orders. Combined orders will incur a £2/ $4 fee due to merchant fees assessed by the payment provider.
Free worldwide shipping is subject to the following eligibility.
- Excludes orders for some Pre-Sale and New Release products shipping outside of the UK, unless purchased with another qualifying product with a minimum value subject to the qualifying amount
- North America and EU excludes orders that include items in the Poster Frames and BluRay & DVDs (The Vilm Vault) collections.
- To qualify for free shipping to North America and the EU, cart total must contain £115 worth of qualifying items. This is approximately $150 and €140
- Cannot be applied to existing orders.
- Orders qualifying for this offer cannot be combined with other orders including non-eligible/ non qualifying orders.
