Customs and VAT

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the U.K by Vice Press Ltd.

From Monday the 16th of December 2024, all orders placed for delivery to locations in the European Union under £135 in value will include local VAT within the purchase price. However, while we make every effort to endeavour that the process is followed correctly, in the rare ever that any additional costs be incurred or requested by local customs or delivery companies, it shall be the customers responsibility to pay these and no discount or refund will be provided to cover these costs.

All other international orders (orders shipped outside of the UK), including orders over £135 to the European Union, are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that any import costs, such as customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot provide a refund of shipping cost on items returned to us due to non-payment of import costs or refused delivery.

We reserve the right to subtract the cost of return delivery from any refund for any such item.

If items are destroyed due to non-payment of customs, import, VAT, or any other such fees, no refund will be provided.

Please note, it is not unusual for items to take up to 20 working days to clear customs.
