On 30 July, a United States Government Executive Order announced changes to the customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA from 29 August 2025.

Our shipping partners have been working closely with US authorities and international partners to manage the impact of these changes which will affect everyone who sends goods to the USA.

Our goal is to continue to provide for our customers based in the USA and we wanted to take the time to re-assure all of our US based customers that we have been working hard on finding a solution to minimise the impact on orders, both existing and new.

- All existing orders will be shipped as planned with no additional cost to customers passed on from Vice Press. There may be a very minor delay in shipping orders as the new process does not come into place until the 29th of August, and we want to allow a week or so of "bedding in" until we start to ship orders. This should have a very minimal impact on shipping timescales.

- We have put in place processes for Vice Press to absorb the cost of any Duties, along with any additional shipping costs, on existing orders.

- This means that there should be no additional costs, either on delivery or on import to the USA for existing customers.

- As with any new process, there is always a margin of error and we encourage anyone who does have any issues to let us know as soon as possible.

- From the 29th of August, at checkout, customers shipping to the USA will see a "Duties" column at checkout breaking down the costs of the items.

- Vice Press have always offered preferential exchange rates to customers based overseas, and we will continue to do so.

- For the most part, the costs of the duties and any additional shipping expenses will be absorbed into the overall cost of the product, and customers based in the US will not see any significant change in the cost of items purchased from Vice Press, or the shipping costs.

We thank everyone for their support over the past 10 years and we look forward to continuing to make our releases available as widely as possible.

As with any change, there will be teething issues, but please let us know and as with any thing else, we will always deal with these quickly and efficiently with customer's best interests at heart.
