Customs and VAT

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the U.K by Vice Press Ltd.

• June 1st 2026 Update - The European Union have introduced a new duty of €3 fee per item that comes into effect on July 1st 2026. This is charged on import by Customs in the destination country. This is payable by customers direct to Customs in your country. At present time, it is not possible for us to collect and charge this fee at checkout. Local customs may also add a collection or handling fee, often described as around €9 per shipment. This charge will be payable by the customer, prior to delivery. At this time we cannot add this fee at checkout. 
• Orders under €150 will include VAT at checkout and no additional VAT should be charged on import. (This excludes the €3 per item duty, which will also be charged).
• Orders over €150 will not be charged VAT at checkout and VAT will be due prior to delivery, along with the €3 per item duty, and charged by your local customs.
• However, while we make every effort to endeavour that the process is followed correctly, in the rare ever that any additional costs be incurred or requested by local customs or delivery companies, it shall be the customers responsibility to pay these and no discount or refund will be provided to cover these costs.

While we make every effort to make sure that VAT, Taxes and Duties are processed in the correct manner, we cannot take any responsibility for errors made by the receiving countries Customs teams. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot provide a refund of shipping cost on items returned to us due to non-payment of import costs or refused delivery.

We reserve the right to subtract the cost of return delivery from any refund for any such item.

If items are destroyed due to non-payment of customs, import, VAT, or any other such fees, no refund will be provided.

Please note, it is not unusual for items to take up to 20 working days to clear customs.
