Vice Press Announce 2000 AD Licensing Agreement With Rebellion.

New ongoing lines of limited edition, original art, screen-printed posters and 40th anniversary art book featuring characters and titles from 2000 AD and Judge Dredd Megazine.

Vice Press are proud to announce their licensing agreement with Rebellion for an ongoing series of limited edition, original art and screen-printed posters featuring characters and titles from the pages of the galaxy’s greatest comic, 2000 AD and Judge Dredd Megazine. Characters such as Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, Rogue Trooper and many more will be faithfully rendered in limited edition, collectible pieces of artwork by some of the best artists, designers and illustrators working today. Each art print will be available in a very limited edition directly from Vice Press.

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of 2000 AD in 2017, Vice Press will also be releasing in a limited edition art book featuring reproductions of much of the artwork released.

Matt Ferguson, Creative Director vice Press said “2000 AD is hugely important to me, reading the comics as a child and then again as an adult they are something I go back to time after time. For me those comics are right up there in terms of the impact and influence they have had on pop culture. Not just because of the amazing characters and stories but also because of the talent that came from the publications early days, John Wagner, Pat Mills, Alan Grant, Ian Gibson, Mike McMahon, Carlos Ezquerra, Alan Moore, Dave Gibbons, and Simon Bisley... the list is endless. I am really excited about hopefully adding to that list with some of the art we put out through Vice Press."

Vice Press will start to release artwork from the series from June 2015.
