FAQ's & Important Information

Saturday 24th June 2023
11am until 6pm
Trafalgar Warehouse, 120 Trafalgar St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 4JT.

Will I be able to turn up and attend on the day if I haven’t bought a ticket?

Any remaining General Admission tickets will be made available to purchase at the door on the day.  We want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy Open House, but due to venue capacity limits, we cannot guarantee that anyone who has not bought a ticket in advance will be given access to the event on the day and recommend booking in advance.

I have bought a General Admission ticket in advance, can I turn up at anytime before the event closes and get in?

General Admission tickets purchased online in advance will allow guaranteed access up to 5pm on the day.

Is the event open to all ages and will there be concession tickets?

Open House is an all ages event. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the day. However, there will only be one ticket tier due to limited capacity.

If I have a ticket, what time can I start to queue outside the venue before opening?

We know you will be excited to get in, but to allow us to comply with local health and safety regulations, we kindly ask that attendees do not queue outside the venue prior to the event opening at 11am. Anyone having purchased General Admission Tickets in advance will get priority access at 11am and it should not take very long to enter the venue. Anyone queuing before 10:30am will be asked to come back later.

I haven’t bought a ticket, can I just queue outside the venue until I can get in?

There is limited queuing allowed outside the venue and we can only allow as many people to queue as the venue capacity will allow. On the day, a member of our team will be on hand to check the number of attendees, and if more people are in the queue than venue capacity will allow, the queue will be capped. Anyone queuing before 10:30am will be asked to come back later.

Do I need to bring my ticket or proof of booking?

Yes! We will email you a ticket as soon as you which you can either print and bring along, add to your Apple Wallet, or just show us from your emails on your phone. Please do not screen grab your ticket as it may not scan.

If I leave the venue, can I come back in?

Attendees leaving the venue before 5pm will be allowed re-entry to the venue up until 5pm.

Can I cancel my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable.

You mentioned freebies! What freebies do will I be getting?

It's a surprise! The more tickets we sell, the more freebies we will add in. We have a couple of fun commemorative items in mind.

I can’t make it on the day, but can I still get the freebies?

It would be a logistical nightmare for us to post out the attendee freebies. They must all be picked up in person by the ticket holders.
