We’re extra excited to share all of the details of Drew Struzan’s sublime 35th Anniversary E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial print that we’ll be premiering at a screening we have teamed up with our fine friends over at Bottleneck Gallery and Universal Studios on at The Roxy Hotel Theatre in New York.
E.T. is an absolute gem of a film, featuring one of the most heartwarming and whimsical stories about a lost alien trying to find his way home, and the brave humans who help him on his journey. Drew’s official print for this movie is an absolutely stunning 19-color screen print that captures the real heart of the movie with a brilliant, timeless image.
Here are the details for the event and the poster release:
- The screening, which is now sold out, will be held at 8PM on Friday, July 14th, at The Roxy Hotel Theatre, located at 2 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY.
- The titled and art print versions of Drew’s E.T. print will also be sold at the theatre from 6PM - 8PM the day of the screening. You DO NOT need to have a screening ticket in order to buy the prints, and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All remaining prints will go on sale on Vice Press and Bottleneck Gallery on Tuesday July 18th @ 5pm BST (12pm EST).

Vice Press and Matt Ferguson are honoured to have worked with the Conan Doyle Estate to release a very limited edition screen print for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic novel The Lost World!
This was a passion project for artist and Vice Press co-founder Matt Ferguson who has wanted to interpret Conan Doyle’s forgotten world for a long time and with the support of the Conan Doyle Estate, we are delighted to realise Matt’s vision with this gorgeous limited edition screen print.

Released in 1912, The Lost World tells the tale of Professor Challenger’s expedition to a mysterious plateau in the Amazon basin of South America. Professor Challenger and his team of explorers discover the plateau is still inhabited by prehistoric animals, including dinosaurs, and soon become embroiled in an ongoing war between the indigenous people of the plateau, the Accala, and a vicious tribe of ape-like creatures, the Doda.

Vice Press teams with 2000 AD and Thought Bubble Festival to celebrate 40 Years of the Galaxy’s Greatest comic with a Thrill-Powered gallery exhibition in Leeds featuring work by Earth’s mightiest artists and designers from comics and pop culture!
We are beyond excited to announce that throughout September, as part of the official Thought Bubble festival program, we will be holding a very special art exhibition at The Gallery at Munro House on Duke Street, Leeds, celebrating 40 years of 2000 AD.
There will be a truly staggering display of original tribute art and limited edition prints from the finest art droids to grace the pages of 2000 AD and the exhibition will feature the rare opportunity to witness some of contemporary comics’ biggest names deliver their own takes on classic 2000 AD characters. A must for posters and graphic art collectors as all of the unique work on display will be available to add to your collection.
Ahead of the two-day Thought Bubble Comic Convention, on Friday 22nd September from 7pm onwards Vice Press and 2000 AD will be hosting a special Thought Bubble Exhibition Event at The Gallery at Munro House which will be attended by the cream of the participating artists and will include a bar as well as a few memorable surprises and highly exclusive releases.
If your circuits haven’t overloaded yet, the Nerve Centre will be making the Helltrek to Leeds deliver the ‘2000 AD Juve Cube’ - the official after-party of the opening of Vice Press Presents: Zarjaz! An Art Tribute to 40 Years of 2000 AD.
The 2000 AD Juve Cube is a riotous night of celebration featuring Live music, DJs and live art from super-star VIP droids featured in the accompanying exhibition. For 2000 AD fans, it’s the perfect way to kick off the UK’s finest comic and sequential arts festival!
Vice Press Presents: Zarjaz! An Art Tribute to 40 Years of 2000 AD will be on display at The Gallery at Munro House on Duke Street, Leeds from September 1st to September 30th 2017 with the Thought Bubble Exhibition Event taking place on Friday the 22nd of September, 7pm until 10pm. To celebrate the release of Laika's latest feature, Kubo and the Two Strings, RealD, in association with Universal Pictures, were giving away limited edition prints by Matt Ferguson at all Cineworld and Showcase Cinema's and select Picturehouse screenings over its opening weekend across the UK.
Laika are the studio behind the amazing Paranorman, Coraline and The Box Trolls and Kubo and the Two Strings features the same awe inspiring visuals and delightful storytelling that made those movies instant classics. We really suggest you go see it and if you attend either a Cineworld, Showcase or Picturehouse screening, you may still be able to grab a copy.
